Since completing his apprenticeship, he has established himself as an independent entrepreneur and has run a roofing and carpentry business with over 30 employees.
Marcello Zäch worked as a building appraiser for the canton for over 20 years and therefore has a sound understanding of the real estate market and valuation. Through personal contacts and his specialist knowledge, he is known and valued in the Lake Zurich, Engadine and Ticino regions.
Over the course of his career as an investment property expert, Marcello Zäch has brokered a considerable volume of several hundred million in real estate, distinguishing himself through his commitment and professionalism.
